On August 28, 2020, the campaign launched its new project entitled “Arab Women’s Forum”. In conjunction with Emirati Women’s Day and in cooperation with the Seeds Development Foundation, the project officials held the first session in the United Arab Emirates, with future sessions to be held each year in a different Arab country.
The forum aims to highlight, at Arab and international levels, the leading role Emirati women accomplished to occupy a high status through their success and achievements in various fields.
In the Arab Women’s Forum, the campaign officials had the honor to pay tribute to Her Highness Sheikha Fatima bint Mubarak by awarding her the exceptional “Order of Model Woman” for the second time. Moreover, they had the honor to award the Forum’s Shield to a group of Emirati female figures for their roles in supporting and empowering women in various fields including:
- Sheikha Ohoud bint Rashid Al Mualla
- Sheikha Kholoud bint Saqr Al Qasimi, Assistant Undersecretary of Inspection Department, Ministry of Education
- Sheikha Noura Hamid Rashid Al Nuaimi, Director of Ajman Center
- Her Excellency Noura Al-Suwaidi, Secretary General of General Women’s Union
- Her Excellency Dr. Sheikha Obaid Salem Al Tunaiji, Member of the Federal National Council
- Her Excellency Naama Abdullah Saeed Al Sharhan, Member of the Federal National Council.
- Raya Khamis Muhammad Al-Mahrazi, a pioneer in field of humanitarian volunteering work.
- Her Excellency Khawla Ahmed Al Hosni, Director of the Training and Professional Development Department, the Ministry of Education
