The first unique show to be broadcasted on Arab TV Channels that rewards and gives credit to the achievements of Arab Women as a Model, a Mother, and a source of inspiration to the society.
The Idol Woman show is the first project carried out by the Arab Women’s Campaign, cooperatively produced with Alaan TV Channel. The show is created as a series documenting each woman’s achievements and the society viewed around her as a model & inspiration for the present and future’s generation to come.
The Idol Woman show was broadcasted on 70 Arabic TV channels and entered the Guinness Book of Records in April 2010 for the most jointly broadcasted show on a large number of TV channels.
The number of women who contacted the campaign officials to participate in the show reached almost 500,000. The Arab Women’s Campaign rewarded the Idol Woman in massive celebrations attended by senior public figures of many countries including the UAE, Saudi Arabia, Jordan, and Lebanon. Through the show, the campaign officials awarded a large group of distinguished media women in the Arab world and shedded light on dozens of pioneering Arab women.
As the first show of its kind broadcasted on an Arab-speaking TV channel, we organized a show that rewards and gives credit to the achievements of the Arab Woman as a Model, a Mother, a School of Life, and a Source of Inspiration.
The “Model Woman Show” is the first project carried out by the “Arab Women’s Campaign” cooperatively produced with Alaan TV channel. Through short movies documenting each woman’s achievements and shedding light on other Arab women’s achievements, the “Modal Woman Show” features the achievements of those women viewed by their societies as model women. Moreover, the TV show highlights that the societies should speak highly of and shed light on those model women of whom the societies should be proud. The model women are a source of inspiration for this generation and the coming ones raised at their hands.
The show was broadcasted on (70) Arabic-speaking TV channels and entered the Guinness Book of Records in April 2010 as the most jointly broadcasted show in the world being the first TV show broadcast on such a number of TV channels.
