In cooperation with the Watani Al Emarat Foundation, the Governmental Women Forum is the first of its kind that highlights the role of women in the government industry. The first session of the Women’s Campaign was held in the United Arab Emirates in 2021. It will be held for a period of 10 months to shed light on the results the UAE has made through the distinguished experience of supporting women and introducing their success through several vital governmental departments over a period of 12 months.
The Forum reviews governmental experiences through legislation, policies, and National initiatives for Emirati women.
In addition the forum underlines women’s leading and effective role in the development of the country. It addresses topics related to women’s ability to achieve governmental tasks in a distinguished way, highlighting women’s main role and capabilities to creating new ideas as head of governmental department. Furthermore, acknowledging the opportunities and challenges they may face while carrying out certain tasks, and how to overcome such challenges using the skills and qualifications necessary to occupy leading posts, enabling them to get involved within the work system of the international community.
